If you went around villages in Bihar and inquired about who is going to be your preferred candidate for CM (Chief Minister) post in the next State Elections, chances are the response will be vague and unsure. People are wanting to see major transformation happening in Bihar, not limited to roads, but an entire progressive and contemporary infrastructural development for the future of the people. The development pace is actually moving at snail's pace if we take a look at areas adjoining Indo-Nepal Border in the districts of East Champaran and West Champaran.
